The company
Acticon develops and markets ventilation products in the areas of air terminal devices, dampers and catering ventilation. The company started in 1992, and its sales, development and production facilities are located in Bankeryd, just outside Jönköping in the south of Sweden.
Our business concept is to give the customer added value through innovative products and professional support. This deliberate approach has resulted in a large number of patents and trademarks, including Easy-Vent and Flipper.
Acticon AB today occupies a strong position in the Swedish construction market. Our customers are installation contractors in the areas of heating and ventilation as well as building and property management companies. We are now in the process of following up our success in Sweden by developing our export market.
Almost 15 years ago, we revolutionized the domestic ventilation sector with the launch of our Easy-Vent outdoor air terminal device. This is an ingenious air terminal device, which is installed behind the radiator and supplies the premises with filtered and pre-heated fresh air. It operates silently and without a draught. Easy-Vent is currently the market leader in Sweden.
Easy-Vent Renovation is used in the renovation of older dwellings. The Flexi and Mini models can even be installed without having to remove the radiator.
The Flipper supply air terminal device is a new and appreciated product in schools, offices and public buildings. This unique air terminal device is entirely self-adjusting, has no motor, and is adapted for both constant and variable air-flow. Flipper also provides protection against combustion gases.
Our own air and acoustic laboratory plays a central role in our ambition to supply the market with smarter products. The laboratory is used not only for testing new and existing products, but also functions as a training centre for our personnel and customers.
Our aim is to create a sustainable, healthy and safe indoor climate. This means that our products must be sufficiently well designed to offer maximum comfort over a long life cycle with a minimum of resources. We work on the basis of an integrated quality and environmental management system which adheres to the guidelines in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
